TouchLink（以下「本アプリ」）は、株式会社フレックスデザインが提供するiPhoneアプリです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、このプライバシーポリシーをお読みください。

2. 収集する情報

具体的に、以下の情報は取得・記録されません：

• 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人識別情報
• 位置情報
• 入力したテキストの内容
• 使用履歴・行動ログ
• デバイスの識別子（広告ID等）

3. ローカルネットワークの使用について

本アプリは、同じWi-Fiネットワーク上にある「TouchLink Display」アプリ（iPad側）と通信するために、ローカルネットワークを使用します。

• この通信はデバイス間のみで行われます
• インターネット経由でのデータ送信は行いません
• 外部サーバーへの接続は一切ありません
• 通信内容（タッチ操作・キー入力等）は外部に送信されません

4. 第三者へのデータ提供

本アプリは、いかなる第三者にもユーザーデータを提供・販売・共有しません。広告SDK・アナリティクスSDK等のサードパーティライブラリは一切使用していません。

5. データの保存

本アプリがデバイス内に保存するデータは、以下の設定情報のみです：

• カーソル速度・スクロール速度の設定値
• レイアウト設定（トラックパッド割合等）

これらはお使いのデバイスのみに保存され、外部には送信されません。

6. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリは4歳以上を対象としており、子供から意図的に情報を収集することはありません。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更

1. Introduction

TouchLink ("the App") is an iPhone application developed by FRe:x Design inc. Please read this Privacy Policy before using the App.

2. Information We Collect

The following data is never collected or recorded:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Location data
• Text input content
• Usage history or behavioral logs
• Device identifiers (advertising ID, etc.)

3. Local Network Usage

The App uses the local network solely to communicate with "TouchLink Display" (the iPad companion app) on the same Wi-Fi network.

• All communication occurs only between your devices
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• No external server connections are made
• Touch inputs and keystrokes are never sent outside your local network

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide any user data to third parties. The App contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or any third-party libraries that collect data.

5. Data Storage

The only data stored locally on your device is app settings:

• Cursor speed and scroll speed preferences
• Layout settings (trackpad ratio, etc.)

These are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally.
